Brokers & Agents

Have you ever considered selling real estate at auction?

The use of auctions as a viable marketing tool in the Real Estate industry has grown. The perception that an auction is the method of last resort or valid only to sell distressed properties is obsolete. In fact, auctions provide a fast turnover, save holding costs and in a majority of cases result in the best net dollar for the seller.

Real Estate Auction Associates offers a variety of programs for brokers and agents to participate in the profits from real estate auctions. There are no requirements for additional licensing, special knowledge or added expenses in order to participate. You can earn commissions as a Buyer’s Agent and Co-Listing Agent. Commissions paid will vary with the level of participation.

The auction process gives licensed Real Estate Brokers and Agents the opportunity to earn a commission for their time and effort invested in present and future listings through Real Estate Auction Associates.

You must be currently licensed and in good standing as a real estate broker or salesperson through the Department of Real Estate.

How do I register my client for an auction?

Simply call, fax or e-mail our office requesting a Broker Participation Form or retrieve the form included in the Property Information Package.  Please complete the form in its entirety and return it to us no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled auction date.

When will I receive my commission?

If the buyer you are representing and have properly registered for an REAA auction is the successful bidder at the auction, you will receive your commission after the successful closing of the subject property

Should my buyer be pre-qualified before the auction?

Pre-qualification is not a requirement to attend an REAA auction although we highly recommend that your client is well informed and is confident in their understanding of the auction Terms & Conditions which will bring with them the knowledge that all property will be sold not contingent upon financing
