Mrs. Storment has been actively involved in the auction method of marketing and promotion for more than 15 years. She maintains all aspects of the business from advertising, contract writing, customer service, marketing / design and research to legal.

Mrs. Storment is a Life Member of the National Auctioneers Association, a member of the California State Auctioneers Association, Southern California Auctioneers Association, National Association of REALTORS® and currently holds positions on the Board of Directors for both the California State Auctioneers Association and the Southern California Auctioneers Association. In addition, she is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and an Auctioneer in the State of California.

Through the NAA Education Institute, Mrs. Storment has earned her credentials as an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate which is a designation held by only 5% of auctioneers worldwide and is a current candidate for the General Personal Property Appraisal designation through the Institute.

Mrs. Storment has assisted, promoted and sold on behalf of clients such as Disneyland, GE Capital, Hollywood Entertainment Museum, Small Business Administration, 20th Century Props, U. S. Army, Walt Disney World; as well as clients and private individuals from such countries as Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, China, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

Throughout the years she has attended numerous auction marketing seminars, symposiums and educational programs studying with many of the top marketing professionals in the auction industry and has toured over 6 continents studying International events, productions and promotions.

And most of all, she is very dedicated to her clients and passionate about the industries in which she serves!

Mr. Storment has been actively involved in the auction industry for more than 20 years. He has personally assisted both buyers and sellers in over 25 states throughout North America, Australia, Japan, China, Belgium, Austria, Taiwan and Germany. Mr. Storment has consulted, assisted and auctioned for small companies to Fortune 500 firms including Walt Disney World, GE Capital, U.S. Army, Resolution Trust Corporation, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Small Business Administration.

Mr. Storment currently holds the position of President of the California State Auctioneers Association and President of the Southern California Auctioneers Association. He is a Life Member of the National Auctioneers Association and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. In addition, he is a licensed Auctioneer in more than 10 states and a licensed real estate Broker in the State of California.

The Broker Officer of REAA is Jeff Heller who also brings a wealth of experience from the traditional side of real estate. For over the past 9 years, Mr. Heller has been personally responsible for over 12,000 brokers and agents in training them to prepare for their Broker and Salesperson real estate licenses and renewals, Mr Heller also teaches new agents the How to Represent Sellers and Buyers, along with showing agents how to market themselves. Mr Heller on occasion is involved in producing his own Real Estate Educational Radio Show and is highly involved in Real Estate Marketing and Real Estate law and also an IT professional in Network Operations.

Mrs. Popp has been involved in the auction industry for more than 13 years.  She is a native Californian and brings with her more than 22 years of experience in the sales and service industries.  Mrs. Popp brings to our team a wealth of knowledge of the auction method of marketing.  She oversees the administrative, marketing and operations of the auction process and works directly with the founders to oversee all aspects of project management. 

Mrs. Popp continues to expand her education and knowledge of the auction method of marketing through the National Auctioneers Association.  Through the NAA Education Institute Mrs. Popp has earned her credentials as a Certified Estate Specialist and a Benefit Auctioneer Specialist.  Mrs. Popp is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and is a REALTOR®.

Cookie Lockhart has been active in the auction industry over 30 years. She's conducted auctions in over 34 states and holds the honor as the only woman inducted into the Prestigious National Auctioneers Hall of Fame. In addition, Cookie has spanned the globe, personally assisting buyers and sellers of real property throughout the world.

Cookie brings worlds of experience and expertise to REAA. Ms. Lockhart is among the 3% of auctioneers worldwide to hold the coveted (CAI) Certified Auctioneers Institute designation. The Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI) is the educational arm of the NAA Education Institute.

Cookie is a Benefit Auction Specialist; (BAS), Certified Estate Specialist; (CES), and Graduate Personal Property Appraiser; (GPPA).

As a graduate of the University of Southern California in Business Finance, with an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of La Verne, Anne Shaw now focuses on her strengths as a bonded auctioneer and licensed California REALTOR®.

She's fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute Designation, and is a proud member of the National Auctioneer Association, National Association of Realtors, California State Auctioneer Association, and Orange County Association of Realtors.

As a graphic designer and marketing professional for the past 15 years, Mr. Ruskowitz has helped hundreds of REALTORS® and brokers throughout Southern California.  Clients include Prudential California Real Estate, Century 21, ReMax and Coldwell Banker.  Additionally, Mr. Ruskowitz has worked with auction firms, real estate developers and major Hollywood Studios directing design, copy and print production.  Mr. Ruskowitz has implemented the firm’s most successful campaigns and award winning designs.
